Regional management for Schwäbisch Gmünd (m/f/d)

From 01.04.2027, you take the economic, human and professional responsibility for our Schwäbisch Gmünd region with about 300 colleagues and report directly to the management. You guide your team structured, at eye level and motivating. You are currently designing and developing modern social spaces and supply settings. You keep track of key figures and guidelines for reliable controlled processes. In co-operative co-operation you create strong networks to move together for people in the region more easily. Your assistance, the regional leadership team and the specialist departments keep your back.

You have a degree (e.g. care, social management, BWL) with leadership experience in your pocket – or convince us with your practical successes and realized projects. You have extensive experience in nursing (age help) and ideally have knowledge of integration aid. You lead with enthusiasm, you recognize the strengths of your colleagues: inspire them in their development. You have conception, project organization and time and personnel management in your blood. With your winning appearance, your strong communication and your values you perfectly match our vincentine community. You know the current trends of care, pick them up and want to set new standards in the future. You are mobile in your own region and also on the national road and have a valid driving permit.
