Note: The department is represented at Hanover and Frankfurt am Main locations.

In our customer service department, we support the personnel departments of the savings banks, Landesbanks and support banks in their daily work with the personal economic applications of financial information technology. As a central point of contact, we accompany our customers with application-related questions about pay billing (Payroll), time management and other HR processes. Together with our customers, we analyze the respective question, support the solution finding within our applications and accompany the topics up to the final clarification. In doing so, we combine HR expertise, IT and customer service and work closely with our customers, other specialist areas as well as the development of applications within financial information technology.

First contact person for our customers for application-related questions and problems related to PARISplus (SAP HCM for savings banks) and the time economy, in particular in connection with payment accounting (Payroll).
