Are you an open minded personality and want to actively participate in cultural life? Do you enjoy being in contact with people? As a local manager, you have the opportunity to design the education work in your municipality and to represent the Volkshochschule on site.

Your tasks:

• Planning and administration and supervision of the semester program in the office in coordination with the vhs office in Wiesloch

• Responsibility for payment of fees and fees

• Contact to teachers and students

• Course implementation incl. room planning in consultation with the municipal administration

• Public relations and representation of vhs in the municipality • New development of business areas for the office

What you bring:

• commercial training or comparable • very good organizational and communication skills • high self-initiative and independent working • computer skills in the MS Office and the willingness to work into the vhs-specific software
