You care, accompany and promote 14 adult people with impairments from the autism spectrum in a professional and activating manner You provide personal assistance according to a reference support system and apply elements from the TEACCH approach You accompany our clients on the way to the greatest possible self-employment and participation in everyday living, leisure activities and health and home care A multidisciplinary team with up to 9 full-time staff, responsible for two decentralised external groups You shall cooperate in the overall/participatory procedures and implement them in accordance with binding directives. You cooperate with relatives, the support and support area for people with autism (FuB-A) and the corresponding specialist services You work shift by schedule with regulated weekend services, middle services are possible - no shared services/ night readiness
