Complete support of the strategic theme training. Contact person for trainees, dual students, trainees and interns. Implementation of the application management and interviews, especially for trainees. Responsible interface for the planning, coordination and supervision of trade fair activities. Contact person for executives and employees in all personal topics and questions. Supporting a defined employee base. Processing of HR-administrative processes from recruitment to exit (e.g. work contracts, agreements, certificates, certificates etc.). Project-related new and further development of HR processes. Development, coordination and implementation of personnel development measures for professionals and managers.

Complete business studies with a focus on personnel, e.g. BWL, Business Administration, Business Psychology, Labour and Organizational Psychology, or a completed commercial training with a personal training, e.g. Projektmanager (m/w/d), Projektmanager (m/w/d) Completed training examination of advantage. Impressed social competence and communication skills. High level of commitment, initiative, flexibility and team spirit. Pragmatic and independent working.
