We are looking for a:n Head (m/w/d) occupational safety in permanent employment in full time (part time possible).

Continue thinking, promoting prevention, taking responsibility: In your position as head of the company, you will continue to design work security across the entire group – across all divisions, from energy, drinking water, district heat to mobility projects – strategically, develop structures as well as standards and jointly with managers and employees to ensure that safety is sustained. As part of extensive investment in our infrastructure, you accompany numerous projects in the context of the supply infrastructure and thus contribute significantly to establishing high quality and safety standards. In doing so, you are responsible for the professional, human and economic management of the employment security office, controlling the existing resources and developing targets, strategies and standards for the group-wide occupational safety. Caution is better than forbearance, so you develop our security organization strategically, build an integrated occupational safety management system and ensure the legally compliant implementation of all labour protection requirements. With a view to details, you analyze work accidents as well as safety-relevant events, guide prevention and improvement measures and organize reliable safety-related care. Since you have an answer to all questions about occupational safety at any time, management and executives can also rely on your competent advice. In order for our security understanding to grow beyond company and sector boundaries, you build a group-wide security network, carefully accompany change processes and continuously expand your expertise in external networks. Work security is a Community task: Through close cooperation with colleagues from all areas of business, you create the basis for a comprehensive security awareness. In short, you create a security culture that not only exists on paper, but is lived throughout the company.

Complete university studies of engineering, safety engineering, environmental or utility technology or comparable qualification Recognised qualification for occupational safety in accordance with ASiG Multiannual occupational experience in the field of occupational safety, ideally in complex technical organisations or group structures Experience in controlling cross-border security organisations Know-how in the construction of management systems (e.g. ISO 45001) Acted in the right to work, health and accident prevention, as well as in relevant legal regulations and regulations Knowledge of technical operations and infrastructure processes Leadership experience as well as experience in change management and organisational development Practice in project management and control of complex projects Sovereign occurrence and negotiation security Strategic and conceptual thinking without losing sight of practice In a position to clearly and convincingly represent your own position as well as able to win people for topics Consultancy and enforcement skills, binding and value-assurance communication and joy in connecting different societies, areas and interests
