LBBW IT relies on ServiceNow as an IT service management platform and as an enabler for service integration in a multi-provider context. As a Lead Developer Inhouse ServiceNow, the technical leadership role for the further development of the ServiceNow platform is taken over. The technical quality, architectural conformity and sustainable feasibility of solutions are responsible, as well as orientation for development standards, technical guidelines and cross-module implementation patterns. In doing so, a close cooperation with disciplines, architecture, internal colleagues and external service providers takes place to ensure that technical solutions are implemented consistently, cautiously and scalable.

Creation of technical specifications for the development teams in the ServiceNow environment and technical support Definition of technical guidelines, development standards and best practices for ServiceNow development Technical design and evaluation of complex, cross-module solutions Control and quality assurance of technical implementation by internal teams and external service providers Assessment of whether requirements are reasonable in the standard, by configuration or by individual development or Custom Applications should be implemented Implementation or control of technical reviews, code reviews, fault analyses and quality assurance measures Ensuring a durable technical documentation and a comprehensible development approach

For this role, we are looking for someone who has deep serviceNow development experience - professionally strong in development and at the same time is able to keep an overview of complex technical topics. You should have fun defining clear architectural specifications and development guidelines that the team can reliably orientate.

Complete study of (economic) informatics or a comparable subject Multiannual Hands-on experience in development on the ServiceNow platform, including experience in a leading technical role Great passion for IT Service Management and Security Operations automation. The relevant modules, CMDB structures, CSDM-related models as well as more complex data and service dependencies are familiar and are safely controlled Experience with common tools for ServiceNow development and integration architectures A very good understanding of platform architecture, standardization, reusability, releaseability and technical governance ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD or CIS e.g. in relevant modules ITIL Foundation is a plus Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
