Design the future: You are responsible for building and establishing an effective Project Management Office (PMO) Set standards: Develop and implement modern project management standards, methods and processes that advance our organization Work cross-resort: cooperate closely with teams from different areas and management, in particular with our IT-PMs Enter a governance model: you implement a governance model to successfully manage and monitor our projects Manage the project portfolio and optimize resources: Manage our portfolio and ensure that all project objectives are achieved on time and efficiently with optimal use of our resources Promote our continuous improvement: implement best practices in project management and ensure the continuous development of our team Report directly to the management: Create Regular status reports and provide detailed recommendations to the commercial management

have successfully completed your Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Engineering or a related field Bringing together several years of experience in project management, ideally also in the establishment of a PMO and the management of complex project portfolios In dealing with different project management methods (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum) are and have experience with project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira) Embossed Analytical and Strategic Skills You Sign Shine with a result-oriented mode of operation, where quality and efficiency are always the focus Bringing outstanding communication skills and persuasiveness, especially in exchange with executives and various target groups
