As a technical assistance Metrology/DDE, process engineers support the process management for our PowerMOS, ASIC and MEMS front end product portfolio. They help to improve process stability by using SPC and FDC methods. In agreement with the process engineers, you work independently on the setup and optimization of the system controls. Furthermore, you support process engineers in carrying out process releases and in adapting existing processes to new plants. They evaluate and document the smooth running of plant controls, comparison and special measurements. The team will develop optimization measures to improve stability and reduce costs. In your role, you will also support process engineers in creating instructions and reaction plans. These include asset control lists, OCAPs (Out Of Control Action Plan) and qualification checklists.
