Head of IT Governance

Leadership of the teams Projects & Processes, General Administration and the IT-Architect and IT-licensing coordinator Planning, implementation and control of IT projects and management of the IT budget Interface between department and department management as well as DOS and other specialist departments Advising the management of IT questions Participation in the further development and adaptation of the IT strategy to current and expected relevant IT developments and IT trends in cooperation with the DOS area Ensuring compliance with IT processes with legal requirements and requirements Responsible for the implementation, establishment and compliance of the IT governance framework Analysis and assessment of the regularity of processes and IT systems and presentation of results Co-operation and management of projects to optimize control processes and systems

academic degree in the field of computer science, business informatics, administration, mathematics, physics, news technology or engineering, or comparable qualifications in connection with proven equivalent skills and experience Knowledge of common process reference models (e.g. ITIL V3 and Cobit) with appropriate certifications Funded knowledge in project and process management Funded expertise in IT Service Management multiannual experience as leadership including the further development of employees, coaching, mediation and moderation pronounced economic thinking ideally knowledge of the right to tender (creation of specifications) strong expertise in data protection law (in particular GDPR) Knowledge in the field of information and communication technology incl. SLAs and license management
