Senior Expert Conversational AI / Cognigy - Voicebots (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for the further development and stability of our Cognigy-based Voicebot platform You design, develop and expand complex voicebot solutions for different disciplines With a clear commitment, you can actively promote the theme of Conversational AI in the team You evaluate new Cognigy features and technologies, share your experience in the team and introduce best practices Technically and conceptually, you advise specialist areas and project teams in the implementation of Voice-Use‐Cases You integrate cloud-based cognitive and AI services into the existing system landscape You like to evaluiate new opportunities such as Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Architectures, xApps and more You carry out Proof of Concepts and accompany their transfer to productive use You also support the implementation of complex projects with technical depth, communication skills and persistence You work closely with developers, architects and users and bring your expertise together

You have a degree in computer science or comparable training You bring fluent German skills (C1 level) You have multi-year, well-founded experience in the development and operation of Voicebots, ideally with Cognigy You have a good understanding of Conversational-AI architectures, dialogue design and Voice-Use-Cases, ideally you are not alien to Genesys You are safe in handling cloud environments as well as modern development and operating models (CI/CD, Microservices, Containers) You're programmed in Python or JavaScript and can also evaluate and expand solutions beyond low code approaches You like to work in agile teams and take responsibility without formal leadership You have the pleasure of sharing your knowledge, advancing themes and developing sustainable solutions together in the team You have the pleasure of sharing knowledge, developing topics in a sustainable manner and actively shaping the development of a common Conversational-AI team
