Your duties

• They support our property managers in their daily operations
• They carry out safety visits (sight and function checks)
• You make sure that order and cleanliness is guaranteed in our residential areas

Your profile

• You have good German language skills in word and writing, other foreign language skills are of advantage
• You have a class B licence
• You are service- and customer-oriented and bring ability and will with you to easily pack problems and solve them independently
• Secure appearance, conflictability and enforcement skills complete your profile
