Power plant operator in a biomass power plant (m/f/d)

You ensure the technical, legal and economic management of the plant and ensure continuous operation in the 24/7 interlayer service while complying with legal and internal requirements

You serve and monitor the plant, carry out regular plant transitions and collect and document all relevant operating parameters and operating data in the shiftbook

You ensure the quality of fuels and disposal products as well as the quality of water analysis and chemical parameters in the water-steam cycle

You recognize disturbances early, perform fault analyses, initiate measures to eliminate faults in electrical and mechanical systems and document them properly

You include foreign and partner companies, coordinate and monitor their work until professional acceptance and ensure compliance with operational requirements

You take over the acceptance and storage of deliveries as well as technically demanding tasks and carry out maintenance work within the scope of your activity, or support the maintenance and maintenance team

You ensure compliance with the principles of occupational safety and ensure complete written and oral communication and shift transfer to internal and external partners

Complete craft or technical vocational training, preferably as an electrician, alternatively as an industrial mechanic, mechatronic, refrigeration engineer, process mechanic or production specialist or comparable qualification in the industrial sector; preferably experience as a plant driver or in process engineering

additional training to the power plant or boiler manager desirable; alternative willingness to acquire the corresponding qualifications

Including professional experience in industry, ideally in district heating or power plant engineering; Experience in the operation of fluidized bed systems and refrigeration systems

Knowledge or Willingness to acquire switching permissions for 690/400 V and 10 kV as well as the qualification as a first aider

Safe handling of common IT applications and MS Office; Knowledge of Siemens S7, PCS7 and Acron desirable
