Supply Chain Finance Analyst (m/f/d)

In this role, you actively shape the financial management of our logistics and supply chain cost landscape in the D-A-CH area. You combine quantitative and financial perspectives, consolidate cross-border cost and financial plans and create transparency for economically sound decisions within the framework of our S&OP process. This allows you to make a significant contribution to efficiently, scalable and future-oriented control of our supply chain and reliably inspire customers in our channels. Your tasks with us Consolidate financial and cost planning: You bring together financial and cost plans of the countries (D-A-CH) and develop a holistic view of our supply chain cost structure. Integrate S&OP Finance: You link forecasts from Demand & Supply Planning with cost effects and secure consistent financial and cost forums. Analyze & remove recommendations: You perform deviation, scenario and profitability analyses, identify opportunities & risks and prepare recommendations for management and S&OP decisions. Creating and communicating transparency: You translate financial impacts of operational and strategic supply chain topics in a comprehensible and address-oriented manner – up to management level. Configure Standards & KPIs: You support the further development of KPIs, reporting standards and cost structures and strengthen an efficient, data-based decision-making landscape. Use Data Quality & Digital Tools: Analyze and validate data in Excel/BI systems and accompany the further development of modern planning and reporting tools.

Complete economic studies or comparable qualifications 3–5 years of relevant experience in controlling, FP&A or S&OP Finance environment Funded knowledge of cost accounting, logistics controlling and financial planning Experience in the interpretation and harmonisation of quantitative and financial data Use of analysis and planning tools (e.g. Excel, BI tools, SAP, APS/Control Tower) Analytical thinking, number affinity and high result orientation Joy of cross-functional cooperation and communication at eye level Structured, proactive, solution-oriented work
