For an internationally successful, family-run company in the pharmaceutical industry at the Dortmund site, we are looking for a tool mechanic/industrial mechanic (m/w/d) in tool construction. You work in the field of injection molding, CAD/CAM and prototype production and manufacture high-precision components as well as tools.

You produce high-precision prototypes, spare parts and complex small series in the field of tool construction and mold construction Here you can manufacture, assemble and optimize injection molding tools as well as devices for serial and prototype production Using CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, SolidCAM) you create component models and prepare manufacturing processes In addition, you work closely with your team and ensure economical, quality and timely production In addition, perform precise quality controls with modern measuring devices and document the results in measurement protocols

You have a completed design as a tool mechanic (m/w/d), toolmaker (m/w/d) or industrial mechanic (m/w/d) Multiannual experience in tool construction, mold construction or injection moulding technology will ideally bring you with Very good knowledge of how to use macro- and micro-injection tools The safe handling of CAD/CAM systems, in particular SolidWorks and SolidCAM, is of course for you In addition, you have experience with 3D measuring technology, measuring devices or optical measuring systems
