HR Assistant – Administration & Payroll-Support (m/f/d)

You support the HR Business Partner administratively across the entire Employee Lifecyle and are the first respondent in all questions of pay billing and time recording As part of the preparatory payment, you are responsible for all accounting matters up to the audit and payment You coordinate data processing on the pay side - both with the external service provider and internal stakeholders You are an experienced contact person (w/m/d) for annual and non-wage tax and social security audits The creation of work contracts, contract supplements, certificates etc. according to your specifications and the care of the personal files belong to your daily business In addition, your support is required as part of time recording as well as throughout the onboarding and offboarding process. In the recruiting process, you take the registration of job advertisements in the application portal, supports the pre-selection of incoming applications and coordinates appointments for interviews In addition, you take over tasks within the BGM and BEM Last but not least, you support in personal controlling with evaluations, statistics, reports as well as for personal-relevant provisions

You have completed a commercial training – preferably in the staff sector – and have a well-founded knowledge in payroll accounting We presuppose relevant professional experience in personnel management, ideally you also bring user knowledge in the handling of HR, time management and accounting systems with A “must-have” is very good knowledge of tax and social security law Knowledge of typical tariff and labour law issues and cooperation with the works council are of advantage You convince with a very good number understanding You are going on your tasks structured and “hands-on” and you are looking forward to new priorities in a flexible way and convince with an independent and careful way of working.
