As an expert commissioning management, you are the clock generator of the technical commissioning phase and actively design from the target perspective. In order to be able to hand over a smoothly functioning building to the customer with regard to their use and to make sensible suggestions for optimization, successful commissioning management is required. Therefore we are looking for you to strengthen our team at our location in Berlin! Takeover of the function of a contractor Frictionless handling of exciting major projects in cost groups 300 and 400, mostly on site Coordination of commissioning processes in the course of the life cycle of a building from planning to the implementation and use phase Conceptual support in the planning phase with regard to the subsequent use of buildings and structured commissioning Cross-structural activities with all the departments involved in the project Ensuring the installation of building equipment Organisation and coordination of function tests, instructions, acceptances and handovers of building systems and systems

Complete studies or technicians in the field of technical building automation, technical building equipment (TGA), building technology, utility technology, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification At least three to five years of professional experience in the field of TGA planning, TGA object monitoring or TGA plant construction Basic knowledge in the field of relevant rules and safe handling of HOAI and within the VOB/C Great interest in functional relationships and optimizations, digitalization and quality assurance Fast conception associated with analytical and networked thinking Solution-oriented negotiation skills and good sense for people and facts Joy of interdisciplinary communication and team-oriented work
