Here you are the entrepreneur*in on site and are supported by the Malteser family in your function: You lead a multi-professional team You are a permanent contact person for youth offices, our residents and their parents also on sensitive topics The design of the pedagogical and therapeutic everyday two inobservatory places with currently 9 seats and perspectively 14 seats for young people aged 8 to 16 years. A completed study in the fields of social work, social education, diploma education, psychology or equivalent study If possible several years of professional experience in stationary youth assistance Resonance and empathy Joy in work with people A professional and reflected approach to proximity and distance lust for self-responsibility Communication and organisational skills
