Strengthen our team as a System Engineer / IT Consultant – High Performance Computing (m/w/d) at Paderborn site. In our Competence Center High Performance and Quantum Computing, we help our customers master diverse challenges in the areas of simulation, optimization and analysis of data by using state-of-the-art hybrid computing clusters.

Planning, implementation and support of high performance computing cluster solutions (HPC) (server, storage, network, GPU systems) from presales to implementation. Advising our customers on HPC architectures, technologies and best practices as well as developing individual solutions. Installation, configuration and optimization of HPC software stacks (e.g. cluster management, scheduler, monitoring). Analysis, Troubleshooting and continuous development of existing HPC environments. Cooperation with technology partners and our internal sales as well as Germany-wide customer operations in the context of project realization.

Complete IT-oriented training, e.g. as a specialist in system integration (m/w/d), or a comparable degree, e.g. in the field of system engineering, computer science or business informatics. A cross entry is possible with HPC experience. Solid experience in high performance computing cluster systems (server, storage, network) or Software Ecosystem (Cluster Management, Scheduler, Applications)

Joy in customer dialogue, solution development and new technologies Very good communication skills in German (min. level C1) and English (min. level B1)
