As (Senior) Projektmanager Arbeitssicherheit (m/w/x) you develop the area of occupational safety together with the operating expert:inside globally and strategically. As a project manager, you drive forward the international networking of our operational safety teams and push the bridge to the Group's own divisional working group You develop standardized reporting formats in line with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) in line with our operational teams and the Group. You develop goals, prepare key figures and prepare them for our stakeholders You establish processes for continuous improvement of our global work security You advise and train company-internal and external stakeholders and prepare presentation and work documents

Extensive knowledge in international project management, ideally in the context of sustainability Background knowledge in the field of occupational safety management or strong interest in the development of skills in the field of occupational safety including relevant qualifications (security, occupational safety management systems, e.g. ISO 45001 etc.) Knowledge of common reporting standards Very good knowledge of German and English as well as the willingness to participate Team player with self-confident and motivated personality, with pleasure in making active and driving changes
