We are a private provider recognized by the Rheinland landscape association for Ambulant Betreutes Wohnen in Cologne and Rhein-Berg. Our goal is to offer people with mental or psychological limitation and/or addiction the opportunity to lead an independent life in a familiar environment.

From now on we are looking for several reliable and responsible Employee/Quereinsteiger in full or part-time (min. 20h/Where).

You work with heart and mind? They bring their life experience to work, are highly sensitive and create a trusting and stable relationship with our clients? Do you have empathy in the special situation of mentally ill or addicted people? Stressability, patience and representative appearance are also among their strengths?
