Total responsibility for the smooth running of pre-production Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the team Planning, control and monitoring of production processes incl. Distribution of orders Continuous optimization of work processes and production processes Ensuring compliance with quality standards and welding standards (in particular MAG and WIG) Responsibility for quality, dimensional accuracy and process stability in pre-production Planning and coordination of maintenance and maintenance of machinery and equipment Participation in building and equipping the new plant in Meckenheim (from 2028) From 01.01.2028: Takeover of the overall responsibility for CNC machining (cutting, lasering, bending) incl.
