The privately owned building industry and civil engineering (EGH) plans, implements, operates and develops the urban buildings of the city of Oldenburg. As a municipal builder, EGH is responsible for new, re- and expansion buildings and the sustainable development of the existing portfolio – including schools, daycare facilities, sports, culture, fire and administration buildings. Resource-friendly, energy-efficient and climate-friendly construction is an integral part of our project and quality standards. Technical building equipment, economic control and sustainability criteria are thought-out and professionally implemented. The EGH is an active designer of a sustainable municipal building culture. Our site in the “Alten Fleiwa”, a historical industrial area in Oldenburg with listed architecture, is a symbol of our ambition: to evaluate, develop and transform existing and future-oriented. For the strategic and operational management of the “Technical Projects and Quality Assurance” area, we are looking for an experienced management personality that combines technical excellence with sustainable standards and manages complex construction projects in the municipal environment responsibly. The area “Technical projects and quality assurance” is responsible for the technical control and quality assurance of technical measures in new construction, reconstruction and renovation projects. The aim is to ensure sustainable and economical technical solutions already in the planning and implementation phase. Technical and disciplinary management of the “Technical Projects / Quality Assurance” area with personnel responsibility for around 15 employees (service and specialist supervision) Task and personnel deployment planning and further development of efficient organisational structures Ensuring technical sustainability criteria (energy efficiency, renewable energy, climate-friendly construction) in all phases of the project Technical contractor representation in complex new, re- and extension projects Technical and economic quality assurance of external planning and engineering services including advice according to AHO No. 9 Responsibility for cost, appointment, contract and quality control of the projects Examination of planning documents, awards and invoices Coordination with operational and department management, service providers, specialist offices, external planning offices and exporting companies

Formal conditions a completed technical-engineering degree with reference to building technology (technical engineering, supply technology or comparable) or the capacity for the uplifted technical service You earned your degree abroad?
