Precision, technical understanding and craftsmanship – it is important to manufacture our dimensionally stable contact lenses. Racks, setup and operation of our cutters CNC lathes and associated automation Processing and finishing of dimensionally stable contact lenses – from cementing the raw material through coating and polishing to cementing the finished contact lenses Measuring and testing semi-finished and finished contact lenses on different measuring instruments Maintenance and maintenance of machinery, equipment and equipment Documenting and booking the individual work steps in our ERP system and creating necessary documentation Detection, analysis and correction of errors and deviations, implementation of improvement measures and active participation in the optimization of our manufacturing processes

Complete technical training, for example as industrial mechanic (gn), precision mechanic (gn), machining mechatronics (gn), or in a comparable technical profession Technical understanding, craftsmanship and fingering Experience in the manufacture and operation of CNC machines and in the handling of technical systems and automation systems Knowledge in handling ERP systems and basic knowledge in MS Office Self-employed, structured and careful working methods and a high degree of reliability and sense of responsibility Solution-oriented thinking, initiative and the willingness to actively shape processes and implement improvements Learning and joy in accepting responsibility for their own work and resources Willingness to flexible working hours
