Inside Sales & SAP SD Specialist (m/w/d)

As part of a follow-up regulation, we were commissioned with the post-order (direct placement) of an Inside Sales & SAP SD Specialist (m/w/d). Our client is a high-growth, internationally active industrial company with several locations in Germany. As an established supplier for technologically demanding industries, the company stands for precision, quality and innovative strength. The corporate culture is characterised by flat hierarchies, short decision-making and open, team-oriented cooperation. Sales are organised throughout Germany at all locations and includes a dedicated team of around 20 employees. In this position, you play a central role in the sales service with a focus on the handling and support of customer orders in the SAP system. You act as an interface between customers, sales, logistics and IT and, through your structured and service-oriented operation, contribute significantly to the smooth handling of sales processes. At the same time, you will introduce your experience in the SAP SD environment to further develop processes and unlock digital optimization potentials – both nationally and internationally.

Location: Memmingen Region

They are central contact for SAP SD processes and support end users in all relevant issues as first-level support. They maintain and optimise existing sales and logistics processes - in close coordination with adjacent departments and SAP modules. They actively participate in international rollouts and the implementation of SAP S/4HANA. You take over the processing and testing of customer orders and orders. They support price negotiations, customer visits and manage pricing and credits. They conduct correspondence with international customers and ensure a smooth running in the daily business.

Complete economic or technical studies or comparable commercial training with relevant professional experience. Funded knowledge of SAP SD, ideally including S/4HANA and safe handling of MS Office. Experience in sales logistics Ö preferably in an industrial environment (e.g. metal processing, automotive delivery). Basic technical understanding and ideally experience in other SAP modules (e.g. MM, LE, FI, CO). Analytical and structured operation as well as pronounced customer and service orientation. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing. High level of initiative, team spirit and communication strength.
