Foreman shell or turnkey construction (m/f/d)

Together with the construction management, you are responsible for the precise implementation of all construction measures You coordinate and monitor cooperation with construction partners, including acceptances and deficiencies You control all personnel, equipment and material use at the construction site Compliance with occupational safety and environmental regulations is your responsibility You successfully complete the projects – also at changing locations within Germany

You are a tested polisher (w/m/d) or master (w/m/d) and have three to five years of experience in raw / turnkey construction Knowledge of the VOB and the applicable working and environmental directives Experience in the management and guidance of professional staff Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Readiness to travel and flexibility to take projects in other cities
