These are your tasks

• Targeted and value-estimating guidance, demand and promotion of the associated employees in a steady line with the guideline defined for our house
• Editing, structuring and implementing processes and standards to support total sales Ensure the creation and dispatch of offers and contract documents for customers and distributors according to the requirements of the relevant sales staff
• Support the Regional Managers and Key Account Managers in preparing and posting customer appointments
• Collection and maintenance of customer master data in the partner portal, ERP system and in the CRM database
• Creating or assuming the creation of statistics (e.g. sales, bonus statistics) to provide meaningful sales figures
• Ensure the review of incoming contract documents for completeness and reclaiming of missing documents from customers and distributors
• Creating training plans for new employees in the area of responsibility, as well as ensuring that new employees are properly incorporated into their needs
• Implementation of measures for post-processing of sales campaigns in coordination with sales/marketing, e.g. telephone follow-up actions
• Monitor the expiration periods of contract documents and report contracts to the relevant sales staff

• A successfully completed three- to three-and-a-half-year vocational training with completed training or comparable qualifications based on it
• Joy in taking responsibility and leading a team, motivating and constantly developing
• First leadership experience desirable
• Decision-making and organisational capacity
• Embossed communication strength and team capacity
• High quality orientation and solution-oriented work
• Commitment, a high degree of independence and flexibility as well as secure MS Office skills
