Filialleiter / Store Manager - Warhammer (m/f/d)

For our Warhammer Store in Koblenz, we are looking for a dedicated branch manager (m/w/d), who runs our store independently, enthuses customers and develops the Warhammer Hobby in the local community. As a branch manager, you are the first contact person for our customers. For an exceptional customer experience, you advise those interested in entering the hobby and help existing hobbies discover their next Warhammer projects. You take responsibility for the daily operation of the store and meet decisions that support the sale and development of the branch. At the same time, you build relationships with customers and the local community and create an inviting environment where people can get to know and experience Warhammer. Your tasks Own guidance of our Warhammer store in Koblenz Personal customer advice and sales of our Warhammer products Inspire new customers for Warhammer and facilitate their entry into the hobby Creating a positive and unforgettable customer experience Hosting activities and demonstrations in the store Develop the store and the Warhammer Hobby within the local community Make decisions that contribute to the sustainable success of the store

What we are looking for You are customer-oriented, friendly and professional and have the pleasure of getting in touch with different people. You can work independently, take responsibility and want to develop your own store successfully. Experience in retail, sales or customer service can be helpful, but is not the most important for us. Your attitude, your ability to inspire people, and your desire to offer our customers a great experience. You don't have to be a Warhammer expert. We will give you the training, support and integration you need to be successful in this role.
