Our goal is to create a performance-promoting culture and create attractive conditions for our employees worldwide As part of the “People Experience” team, you are instrumental in continuously optimizing our HR instruments with a focus on Compensation & Benefits. To do this, you regularly monitor trends, legal changes and best practices and ensure that our instruments are competitive and sustainable You continuously develop our compensation strategy and models as well as Benefit programs - always taking into account international standards and local requirements for all target groups In this context, you design and document global processes and guide clear requirements for our HR IT systems (in particular SAP SuccessFactors) You create addressable decision templates and present your ideas to different decision-making bodies and stakeholders, e.g. B. Top Management To implement the company, you will develop appropriate skills concepts, primarily for our business partners and executives In addition, you bundle methods and standards and support your colleagues at the technical and methodological level

You can present a successfully completed university degree in economics or a comparable discipline You bring multi-year experience in Compensation & Benefits – ideally in an international trading company Knowledge of remuneration analyses, HR systems and labour law frameworks Your experience in active exchange with the top management and fun at work in the team characterize you You have an analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking that is paired with high pragmatism Excellent MS Office knowledge (in particular Excel & Power Point) complete your profile You bring outstanding communication, presentation and moderation capabilities, also in English
