Leadership of projects including product development projects in the national and international environment Performance, appointment and quality planning of the transferred projects Responsible project processing and control of performance compliance with the cost and time frame Ensuring all relevant measures to achieve project success within the meaning of the corporate objectives Professional leadership of interdisciplinary project teams with employees of various specialist departments Project documentation & Reporting Ensuring targeted communication with all business parts and levels

Successfully completed studies, preferably with an economic or technical focus or completed vocational training with several years of professional experience in the field of project management Multiannual experience required in the handling of projects and experience in managing project teams Project management certification of advantage Good knowledge of common project management tools such as MS-Project Knowledge of the national and international military environment and the defence industry desirable Very good knowledge of German and knowledge of English in word and writing Target-oriented and independent functioning as well as pronounced communication and persuasiveness Ready for business trips
