The Schwarz IT supports the entire digital infrastructure and all software solutions of the companies of the Schwarz Group. It is therefore responsible for selecting, providing and operating as well as further developing IT infrastructures, IT platforms and business applications. In order to optimally support the departments through IT solutions in their business processes, the Schwarz IT takes up the requirements of the departments in consultations and works together with these professional and efficient IT solutions.

We are looking for you for our location in Neckarsulm or Berlin.

Your tasks

• Central contact person of IT departments during the planning and coordination of external IT audits – as an interface between the external auditor and the audited IT departments.
• Full planning of exam dates / interviews, coordination of detection requirements as well as keeping open points.
• Active support of the IT audit at all exam dates.
• Consultation of IT departments and countries with regard to appropriate measures to improve audit findings.
• Support for the further development and improvement of internal IT controls and processes with regard to audit-relevant requirements.

Your profile

• Completed studies of (economic) computer science or comparable studies or training in IT
• Ideally, you already have first experiences in IT audit or project management
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Secure communication in German and English in word and writing
• Reliable, analytical, structured working, also in the team
