A modern production plant in Aichwald with clear processes and a well-established team offers you the opportunity to actively participate in industrial manufacturing processes. In this position, you take responsibility for operating machines and ensure a smooth process in production. Accuracy, technical understanding and teamwork are particularly important. As a machine operator (m/w/d), you are responsible for controlling and monitoring production facilities.

• Operating and monitoring of machinery and equipment
• equipping machines with materials and raw materials
• Control of the production process and ensuring quality
• Elimination of minor disturbances and assistance in error analysis
• Implementation of visual and quality controls
• Documentation of production data
• Cleaning and maintenance work in the work area

We are looking for

Reliability, technical understanding and careful, structured working are important for this position.

• First practical experience in production or machines is beneficial
• Basic technical understanding of machines and processes
• Careful and independent working
• Teamability and reliability
• Willingness to work in 3-shift operation (spring layer, late layer and night layer)
• Physical resilience
• German knowledge of the implementation of work instructions
