To strengthen our team we are looking for dedicated and flexible employees in parttime: 25 h/ week

• Your tasks:

· Offer creation

· Order acquisition and processing

· Monitor stocks, identify requirements and create orders from suppliers

· Invoicing control, verification of input invoices and complaint processing in case of deviation

· Booking invoices

· Telephone and written communication/ support of our customers and business partners

· Preparations Monthly closing for our tax office

· Reception outside service

• Your profile:

· Professional experience

· Careful, organized and precise operation

· Team skills and communication skills

· High sense of responsibility and quality awareness

· Secure handling of Microsoft Office

· IT - knowledge desirable

· Good knowledge of German in word and writing
