Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations in accordance with LufABw, EASA Part-21J and other applicable regulations (e.g. CS standards, ETSO, AMC and GM). Creation and maintenance of the Certification Program (CP) / Type Inspection Program (TIP) for development projects, as well as testing and approval of conformity certificates in close coordination with the approval authorities. Assessment and approval of Major/Minor Changes, preparation and maintenance of Supplemental Type Certificates (STCs) and ensuring configuration control and change management. Advising development teams in implementing regulatoryly consistent processes and ensuring traceability of technical changes Close cooperation with production (POA), maintenance (MOA) and external suppliers to integrate design and manufacturing Support and support for regulatory and customer-related audits. Development of innovative concepts for secure integration of UAS into controlled and uncontrolled airspace, taking into account regulatory requirements (e.g. SORA, SESAR). Planning and carrying out tests, simulations and demonstration flights as well as evaluating the airspace compatibility of UAS systems. Monitoring trends and developments in UAS technology and airspace integration. Close cooperation with customers, relevant aviation authorities, Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSPs), research institutions and industrial consortia.

Completed studies in aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, transport, computer science or a comparable discipline, as an alternative a well-founded training with relevant professional experience Multiannual experience in aviation development, airworthiness, certification – ideally focusing on UAS, airspace integration or air traffic management Knowledge of European aviation legislation (e.g. LufABw, EASA Part-21, CS standards, SORA, ICAO documents) Experience in the preparation and testing of technical evidence, concept development and analyses and tests Analytical and Technical Understanding Communication and Team Skill in Multidisciplinary, International Teams Structured, Independent and Solution-Oriented Operation Loadability and Problem Solution Competence Additional qualifications (required): ATM/ATC background, pilot licence or practical aviation experience Reliability, integrity and reliability German and English knowledge in word and writing
