Scope of employment: Full time

As a specialist in the field of support and support, you can and design a holistic offer for people with a complex need for help in the area of the daily structure. They support a self-determined life, accompany social contacts and provide meaningful employment. In addition, you promote a graduated training to prepare the desired re-entry into the working world or the WfbM and are active in the design of the equal, fully-fledged and self-determined participation with (BTHG). They independently create help plans as a coordinating reference person as a result of a negotiation process with the supervised people.
