• Your main tasks include the processing of the entire personnel administration - you work closely with the works council and support the team in the organization of personnel measures - you are responsible for the data management and evaluation of the time recording - You are also responsible for the creation of personal-relevant documents - Support and takeover of projects within the personnel department completes your tasks

• We require a successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification - First experience in the field of personnel, as well as knowledge in collective bargaining are of advantage - Ideally expert knowledge in the fields of wage tax and social security law - A safe handling of MS-Office is assumed as well as first contact points with SAP - A solution-oriented and independent, as well as flexible working method
