Payroll Specialist - Payroll / Payroll (m/f/d)

We are a Europe-wide leading project service provider with experienced specialists - engineers and technicians - from the chemical industry, refineries and from power plant construction as well as from the oil, gas, energy and process industries and partners for project management, consulting and project support - around 3,000 specialists are working day by day to successfully manage and implement projects. Through a very extensive freelancer network of several thousands of specialists as well as permanent employees, we can offer our customers unique very timely solutions. We support almost all major construction sites with specialists from almost all specialist areas and are regionally adapted to customer needs. Cooperation shall be based on a contract of employment, a contract of employment, a transfer of workers or direct mediation.

You are responsible for preparing the monthly pay bill for our employees and freelancers You work closely with our external payroll service provider You are responsible for the introduction, installation and continuous development of our new HR and Payroll system You are a contact person for employees, executives, authorities and health insurance for all issues relating to payroll, payroll, payroll, pay tax and social security You ensure the quality of our personal and payroll data and ensure compliance with all legal requirements You work closely with HR, Finance and Recruiting and actively shape the further development of our Payroll organization

You have a commercial training or a comparable qualification You have first experience in the area of payroll, payroll billing, pay billing, pay billing or staff services with You work independently and carefully You appear service-oriented and enjoy dealing with people You have fluent German skills, good English skills and are safe to use with Microsoft Office
