Commercial Solutions Manager (m/w/d)

You take the lead of strategically important commercial projects on your own, with the aim of raising new sales potential and gaining market shares. Together with product teams, you develop scalable commercial strategies: from value proposition to target group definition to price models and business cases. You develop innovative pricing approaches, develop success reporting and shape release processes for commercializing new products and offers (e.g. All jobs, Talent Finder). You coordinate interdisciplinary teams across product, marketing, sales and international stakeholders and ensure smooth implementation of the developed solutions. You accompany the market launch of new products, align with the top management and ensure clear positioning in the competitive environment and against existing products. You’re professionally guided by project and top management meetings – with high visibility in the company and clear earnings orientation.

Complete master's degree with business focus or a comparable qualification At least 3 years of relevant professional experience – e.g. in the project management, strategy consulting or a strategic role in the start-up or corporate environment Ideally experience in portfolio management, pricing, business cases or commercial strategies Designed analytical, communicative and conceptual skills You think in solutions, are strong in structuring complex topics and like to work with different teams Very good knowledge of German and English (at least C1)
