responsible tactical and strategic process management in national disputes of industrial property Control and technical guidance of external specialist law firms and coordination of complex international procedures elaboration, examination and legal assessment of demanding contracts and other legal relationships with IP reference Leadership of challenging negotiations at all levels Accompanying M&A transactions, joint ventures or strategic partnerships in the legal field of commercial law Enforcement and sustainable securing of company-relevant legal positions in a dynamic, technology-focused environment Proceedings before German courts of all instances Assessment of process, enforcement and reputation risks as well as preparation of recommendations for action for the board level close coordination with the IP line

Full jury with admission by a German Bar Association many years, at least ten years of relevant professional experience in the process management before specialized IP services deep knowledge of industrial legal protection, ideally complemented by experience in technology-intensive industries excellent analytical skills, pronounced abstraction and high affinity for complex international legal issues in English and German; further foreign language skills are advantageous entrepreneurial thinking, strategic judgement and a structured, precise and solution-oriented approach convincing communication skills, sovereign appearance and joy in cooperation in interdisciplinary teams Efficiency, decision-making strength and ability to achieve legal and strategically viable results even under high time pressure
