Project Manager - Project Management Office (m/f/d)

As a project manager in the Project Management Office, you support the project management in all operational activities as part of the project implementation and take responsibility for your own (partial) projects. You run projects within the PMO and develop structured project plans and strategies. This ensures smooth running and ensures compliance with all time, quality and budget requirements. You independently organize the administrative processes required for the project and support the further development of the project standards and processes. You create evaluations, status reports and decision templates for management and stakeholders and moderate workshops, meetings and decision-making. You support the introduction of digitalization tools as well as the further development of the project management system and project documentation. Advising project managers and teams on methodological issues and establishing project management standards and methods.

Successfully completed studies in the fields of economics, industrial engineering, or comparable qualification with technical and economic background. Professional experience in project management and project management office (PMO) and ideally knowledge of classical, agile and hybrid project management methods. You are characterized by a pronounced communication capability, a good sense of priorities, and a high degree of self-responsibility and self-responsibility with a coordinated and predictive way of working. The enthusiasm for project management topics always accompanies you and you have the pleasure of preparing and communicating complex information in an address-oriented manner. You are open-minded and have a high analytical competence as well as a structured way of working and are looking for a challenging activity where you can take responsibility and demonstrate your analytical and problem-solving skills. You have a license.
