specialist in liability and accident damage management (m/w/d)** – a position where you can combine your legal expertise with pragmatism and empathy.

As a legal expert in our area of damage, you take challenging tasks in regulating liability cases – from minor material damage to complex personal and large-scale damage. You combine legal expertise with economic understanding and negotiation skills. Legal examination of liability and cover matters for personal, property and property damage Own-sponsored regulation of damages, including assessment of the ground and level of claims Management of comparative and regulatory talks with claimants, lawyers and policyholders Strategic control of complex large-scale damage as well as coordination of service providers (authorities, rehabilitation services etc.) Support and support of legal proceedings and close communication with external firms Cooperation with reinsurers in the event of excessive damage

You like to work independently, think quickly in complex situations and keep an overview even in challenging situations. Are you bringing the following? First or second legal state exams or economic law studies with degree.
