You support our employees: safe, efficient and user-friendly operation of modern jobs, brings practical experience in IT administration and collaborative tools and is happy to work at the interface of end devices, collaboration and automation. Locations: Meißen, Cottbus, Heilbronn, Magdeburg, Rostock, Bielefeld, Hannover, Erfurt, Dresden, Lübeck, Kassel, Mainz, Straubing, Essen, Meißen

Management and Lifecycle Management of Mobile Devices (MDM, Enrollment, Policies, Security) 2nd level support for collaboration and workplace technologies (e.g. MS Teams, SharePoint, Telephony, WhatsApp 4 Business) Technical support for automation projects and internal system integrations Analysis and improvement of processes in the working environment of our employees (including troubleshooting, documentation and knowledge-based care) Cooperation with IT teams, security and disciplines to implement practical solutions

Must-have: Basic understanding for business processes and process modeling Multiannual experience in IT administration (Client/Device Management) Practice in the administration of modern collaboration tools: MS Teams, SharePoint, MDM Solutions and Telephony Systems Service-oriented operation and experience in 2nd level support Nice-to-have: First experience with tools for automation of workflows (e.g. Power Automate, RPA tools) Knowledge of Identity/Access Management (Azure AD, Conditional Access) Experience with integrations between collaboration tools and third-party systems ITIL is not a foreign term for you You don't master all these topics perfectly?
