One of your main tasks will be to advise companies in all contractual matters, especially with regard to national and international transport issues The recognition and analysis of legal risks, the development and implementation of legally and economically sensible solutions to problems to avoid them You accompany and support all Hermes Germany departments in the context of projects and the development of new products You design, negotiate and audit contracts of all kinds in close cooperation with internal stakeholders You develop and develop contract standards for all repeating business and legal areas and accompany their implementation in the respective IT tools You enforce the claims of the companies and defend them against the companies as needed As part of your tasks, you communicate with external law firms and authorities

You are a full lawyer (m/w/d). Alternative qualifications with comparable qualifications are welcome! You have several years of professional experience, ideally acquired in a company or an international business law firm, with profound knowledge in general economic law. Pre-experiences in national and international transport law as well as insolvency law are advantageous You have an expertise in the design, testing and negotiation of complex contracts You have a careful working style combined with targeted, pragmatic action and the willingness to work in interdisciplinary teams Your communication strength, sovereign appearance and the comprehensible target group-oriented presentation of complex facts are your strengths You sign up as an IT affinist and are interested in developments in artificial intelligence Very good English skills complete your profile
