Talent Development: Conception, accompaniment and further development of development programmes and measures as well as implementation of initiatives to strengthen learning culture (e.g. open learning formats, learning weeks) Career & Competence Model: Support for the global roll-out of our career and competence model as well as the development of specialist competences at the headquarters Employee survey: support and evaluation of global employee surveys as well as derivation and preparation of concrete recommendations for action Reporting: Analysis of relevant data and creation of reporting to measure the effectiveness of our development measures Workshops & Consulting: Co-workers and executives consult on learning needs and development opportunities as well as design, moderation and support of internal workshops and training

Relevant studies: Bachelor's or Master's degree in BWL, Business Psychology or a comparable degree course, ideally focusing on HR Dedicated professional experience: professional experience in the HR environment with a clear focus on talent development Relevant successes: Detectional successes in the design and implementation of training and training Skillset: Very good communication and moderation capabilities, structured and result-oriented working methods, analytical skills as well as the ability to position yourself as a trusting: contact person:in HR systems and digital tools: experience with HR systems such as Personio and Culture Amp as well as interest in implementing digital tools and AI in talent development processes Knowledge of German and very good English skills
