At the next time, we are looking for a key account manager for your Thin Film Measurement Systems division for Carl Zeiss Spectroscopy GmbH in Jena. We are looking for a dedicated key account manager who is passionate about the acquisition of new customers and at the same time supervises the existing customer base in Germany and abroad.

Their main tasks include the consulting and support of our sales partners as well as the implementation and monitoring of measurement systems for quality control of thin layers throughout the procurement process to after sales service.

In this position, you work closely with Sales Management, Product Management and Customer Support to ensure effective coordination and implementation of measures. Your responsibilities include the preparation and implementation of contract negotiations, as well as the maintenance of trade fairs and exhibitions.

We are looking for a dynamic personality that can demonstrate convincing devices and assemblies to the customer, while providing a strong customer orientation.

A completed university degree in physics or engineering with a focus on optics

Reliable professional experience in the optical environment

Experience in the technical distribution and handling of multiple complex interfaces

Proactive and customer-oriented operation

Very good German and English skills (B2-C1)
