Your task Self-fulfilment of fault analysis, repair and functional testing at our target optics and other product categories
Analysis and processing of customer complaints with the help of technical specifications and defined product requirements
Diagnosis and evaluation of different defective device types with a focus on target optics
Development of cost estimates based on the audit and assessment carried out
Documentation of results in SAP & Salesforce or comparable systems
