We are looking for experienced professionals

• Nationally recognized educational qualification is a prerequisite (e.g. educator, social pedagogue/social worker, medical teacher)

• Experience in stationary or intensive pedagogical youth assistance is desirable

• ability to build sustainable relationships and set clear limits

• Sovereign action in crises and structured teamwork

• Interest in conceptual development

• Willingness to shift, night and weekend services

• Class B driving licence Advantages:
