For our IT / organization department, we are looking for a department manager IT (m/w/d) at the Würzburg or Frankfurt am Main site as soon as possible. In this central role within an increasingly AI-shaped working world, you shape the technological future of the Prince Castell'schen Bank. With a direct line of reports to the General Agent, you shape our transformation towards the NeoPrivatbank and are responsible for the further development of our entire IT landscape. Your Atruvia know-how is the key success factor in ensuring modernisation, efficiency and regulatory security.

Strategic and operational management of the IT department as well as ensuring a stable, secure and performant IT operation. Development of the Atruvia system landscape as the core technological foundation of the bank – including modernization, integration and process optimization. Implementation of the IT strategy in close cooperation with the Executive Board, Supervisory Board and Business Units. Control of digital change and responsibility for all IT-related transformation initiatives. Automation and optimization of central processes with focus on efficiency, customer use and regulatory requirements. KPI-based control, budgetary responsibility and involvement in the mid-term planning. Leadership and further development of the 14-member team, including role development, coaching and training. Promoting a modern organisational culture that strengthens transparency, ownership and agility.

You bring well-founded finance and leadership experience in the banking or financial environment and have a strong understanding of business relationships. You work structured, think analytic and keep an overview even in complex situations. A sense of responsibility, a high level of implementation and a high understanding of quality are the same as communication strength, integration power and strategic thinking. You actively accompany changes, drive innovations forward and communicate with the address – from the board to the supervisory board to the team.
