Employment law attorney (m/f/d)

Advice on labour law issues and measures, in particular support for HR colleagues in the sense of a second level support Leading processes in the labour court, including strategic process management and risk analysis Support in the maintenance and negotiation of local business agreements to create sustainable and fair solutions for the company and the workforce Maintenance of standard employment contracts, including regular updates in accordance with legal innovations and operational requirements Training for executives to strengthen the company's labour law awareness and to provide practical recommendations for action

Completed study of law (successfully completed 1st and 2nd State Exams) with a focus on labour law and willingness to obtain the specialist title At least 1–2 years of professional experience in labour law, ideally in a company or an economic law firm Experience in the design and negotiation of business agreements Knowledge of individual and collective labour law Sovereign Handling of Labour Court Procedures and Negotiation Strategies Experience in cooperation with works councils and trade unions Embossed negotiation skills and communication strength Secure appearance and persuasiveness in dealing with internal and external stakeholders
