The position is to be taken at the IT Infrastructure Management (INF) department in the department 7 – Information and Communication Technology (DICT) at the next possible time. The IT infrastructure management department manages a few thousand servers, storage systems and network components, and thus a variety of company-relevant data and IT systems in the sense of a critical infrastructure. The DICT INF guarantees reliable IT operation at the University Medical Center Frankfurt and ensures the maintenance of the IT-supported hospital operation and ensures reliable and fast patient care. In addition, the DICT INF secures IT operation in the context of IT security. We are looking for an identity and access manager / manager who takes a TechLead role in our plan and build team based on her/her operational experience. In this role, you are significantly involved in the planning, integration, operation and further development of IDM / IAM and PAM systems. You design role and rights concepts as well as automated processes and implement them in cooperation with the relevant project departments as well as personnel management bodies. You provide authentication and authorization services to guarantee the correct privileges of users and services at any time, taking into account the high level of security in the KRITIS environment. You represent your task as part of technical and organizational needs and audits. You work closely with various departments and ensure that the IT services you provide are running reliably, safely and efficiently. Your tasks: Responsibility for operation and development of IDM / IAM and PAM systems Provision and operation of authentication and authorization services Service provider management in the corresponding product area Design and ensure compliance with IT policies, concepts and operating processes as well as safety standards, creation and maintenance of documentation as well as active knowledge sharing in the team Project work and cooperation with internal and external teams from the domain and directory service sector Participation in readiness and support in escalation

You have a successfully completed study of computer science or a comparable discipline. Alternatively, you have completed a recognised training in the relevant field. You have multi-year (circa four years) professional experience in software and service provider management with the focus on IDM / IAM and PAM systems. Expertise in the field of authentication/authorization services and protocols (MS Identity Provider, MFA Provider ...) You are characterized by a well-founded expertise in the design and application of role and rights concepts. In addition, you will find a safe handling of Azure AD / Entra ID Connect as well as other relevant infrastructure components. You bring very good knowledge of German in word and writing for this position. Personally, you are characterized by your strong team skills, your structured working methods and your high level of care.
